What is your favourite shop for clothing? Boggi on Jermyn Street. I love their shirts because they work well for work. They’re not too formal and they move well which is what I want when cutting hair and moving around. (Boggi, 49 Jermyn St, St James, 020 7629 2495.)
Who makes the best shaving brushes? Simpson Shaving Brushes are the best – they cost a lot more as they are hand made but are worth it.
Your view on Botox for men? A big yes providing it’s subtle and regular. It does make a positive difference.
What’s your view on colouring hair, for men? Naturally tinted or silver fox? Silver fox is definitely the best way to go.
London restaurant of choice? Blandford Comptoir on Blandford Street is very easy and has great food. I have been through the whole menu – everything is a favourite. I take a seat on the pavement and the staff are always so friendly.
Gin or vodka? Hendricks gin and Fever Tree tonic with a slice of cucumber – a client introduced me to the combination.
What is your favourite countryside escape? Dorset and Devon.
Where do you vacation? Mallorca – and Cassai Beach House in Colonia de Sant Jordi is the best beachside restaurant in that town. Cap Rocat Hotel on the Bay of Palma is one of top three best hotels in Mallorca. Fantastic location, incredible views and sublime food.
Your last great read? I’m a big James Patterson fan, so any Alex Cross story gets my attention.
Your most recent album download? So cliché, but Costa del la Luz, “Andalucia Chill”. This takes me straight to Cala Figuera and a lovely café where I always have grilled sardines and a glass of rosé.
